Tri-County Networking & Web Design was founded in 2005. Scott has over 25 years of computer experience, and over 10 years of networking experience. Scott has been designing web sites since 2004. Tri-County Networking & Web Design uses HTML 4.0, XHTML 1.1, CSS, PHP, and MySQL technologies and are web standards compliant.
